Life's at Home Care is a privately owned home healthcare providing a variety of non-medical services, including companionship and home care services that can help families restore balance, order, and peace to their lives.
We are looking for caregivers who are interested in learning and growing their skills within the senior care industry. Our Companion Caregivers are not only reliable, dependable, and honest, but also compassionate and caring.

The starting pay :
Companionship : $14.00
PCA start rate is $15.00
CNA start rate is $16.50
Nursing Assistant start rate is $15.50
After completing the required training, you will receive a $0.50 raise.
NOTE : Make sure to mention your preference for morning shifts when applying and consider your application accordingly.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding
- Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing
- Laying out clothes and assisting with dressing
- Planning and preparing meals
- Providing medication reminders
- Providing transportation to and from appointments
- Helping family members learn safe care techniques
QUALIFICATIONS
- CNA license or PCA certification
- Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
- Ability to interpret the clients provided plan of care
- Valid drivers license and transportation
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
- Tolerance to small pets (i.e., dogs and / or cats)
- Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates, and / or emergencies
- Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, is a plus!
- Must be able to pass a background check
