We have an opening for a concierge at an association in the Nashville, TN market.
This is a customer-forward, inclusive service position so being naturally outgoing and exceptionally friendly is a must! We strive to create an uplifting atmosphere and impact people’s day for the better with every interaction.
We receive many packages so you will need to be able to occasionally lift 20-pound packages and push a shopping cart laden with parcels around the property to deliver to our lovely residents and their dogs!
Professional business attire and reliable attendance is expected. Must be able to work independently while logging interactions and recording communications to act as liaison between residents, vendors and management.
Complete various secretarial projects and special tasks assigned by management, as needed. Provide clear phone and email dialogue and have basic computer knowledge.
Applicants Must :
- Have previous customer service experience
- Be professional, organized and self-motivated
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
