We are on the lookout for Associate Therapists to join our practice throughout San Diego including our Santee location. We treat all ages from children to adults, couples, and families.
To be eligible, candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience working in behavioral health, preferably in outpatient care.
As a W2 employee, you will have the chance to work in a comprehensive group private practice that values quality care with minimal documentation demands.
You'll also receive compensated supervision time. Our practice takes care of referrals, intake staff, billing, and marketing, enabling you to concentrate on delivering exceptional client care.

Compensation : $30 - $42 hourly

Responsibilities :
You must be registered as an associate in the state of California and have this number. We believe in doing better by growing and learning.

- Provide psychotherapeutic outpatient care for children, teens, and adults
- Provide couples counseling and family therapy
- Assess and diagnose independently
- Attend weekly supervision with the onsite supervisor
- Create treatment plans
- Choose interventions throughout the care
- The highest ethical and legal standards expected
- Provide consistent client care
- Utilize suicide assessment skills
- Complete risk assessments
Qualifications :
- Desire to provide outpatient care and work independently
- Evenings or weekend availability for prime client hours
- Excellent communication skills

- Willing to include parents in youth care (required)
- Willingness to work with couples (preferred)
