Location : Cupertino, CA

Schedule : Hybrid (Tues, Wed, Thur) Onsite

Pay : Up to $70 / hour DOE

Planet Interactive is looking for a Copywriter to join our well known Fortune 50 client on a 6 month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and will require a hybrid schedule working out of their office in Cupertino.

Copywriter Responsibilities :

• Write engaging content for the internal sales application.
• Develop copy that helps the salesforce and salespeople around the world ensure they understand the products they are selling.
• Work cross-functionally with teams such as instructional, editorial, product design, and engineering to ensure the copy is captured correctly.
• Take content from multiple sources and make that in easily digested content pieces.
• Become a SME on the products, audiences, and the tool that is used for the sales team.
• Apply the correct tone, brand guidelines, and editorial standards to the materials created.
• Be an active participant in rapid prototyping and testing.
• Present writing to the team and stakeholders.
• Edit and proofread the work of other team members or cross-functional partners.
• Deliver work on the deadlines assigned.

Copywriter Requirements :

• 2-5 years' experience writing for an in-house team or agency.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Experience and understanding of retail sales or writing copy / content for sales teams who are selling specific products.
• A Master's degree would be a plus.
