HIRING NOW : SLP at a school site in Sunnyvale, CA!
We are seeking an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based assignment in Sunnyvale, CA. Join our team in assessing, treating, and managing a caseload of 45-55 scholars at the elementary school K-5 grade levels.

Responsibilities :
- Provide evidence-based therapy plans, goals, and therapeutic treatment for speech / language disorders.
- Evaluate and implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders.
- Case Management for students on caseload
- Attend, facilitate, and write legally compliant / defensible IEPs
- Provide supervision for a CF or SLPA if needed or as appropriate.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Attend training as requested, collaborate, and provide support to other SPED teachers / specialists as well as GE staff.
Qualifications :
- REQUIRED : Current California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders. CFY's accepted and encouraged to apply.
- Experience with Case Management & IEP Writing
- Knowledge of Special Education compliance law & regulations
- Must have a strong desire to work with a wide array of populations
- Exercise good judgment in prioritization - complete assigned tasks without supervision
- Ability to build rapport with staff
- Excellent written skills and efficient verbal communication at all organizational levels
- Positive and collaborative demeanor.
