What You Will Do : Business Services :

Serve as a liaison between developers, design professionals, and city departments to navigate planning and permitting processes.

• Provide hands-on guidance for zoning, permitting, and compliance from initial construction to project completion.
• Monitor multiple projects, ensuring milestones are met, and troubleshoot issues to maintain schedules.
• Conduct meetings at City Hall and development sites with architects, clients, construction contractors, engineers and City staff.
• Collaborate with City of Tulsa departments to ensure transparent, predictable development processes and document service requests in the CRM system to inform future improvements.

Outreach & Education :

Conduct presentations and lead outreach efforts to build awareness of development programs, codes, and services.

Special Projects :

Analyze major development constraints and guide strategies for securing funding and addressing infrastructure needs.
