Labor & Employment Associate (Mid-Level) New York

Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join its Labor & Employment Group in New York. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented attorney with 3-5 years of experience to contribute to a dynamic and growing practice.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide general employment advice and counseling, including drafting and reviewing employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements.
• Advise on wage and hour compliance , including employee classifications and general regulatory matters.
• Handle leave of absence issues , workplace policies, and compliance matters.
• Represent clients in employment-related litigation , including discrimination, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant disputes.
