Wellness Consultant

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Portland NW is actively seeking part time and full-time friendly and enthusiastic Wellness Consultants .

This person will build and maintain customer relationships by offering exceptional customer service and supporting the team.

Qualified candidate must have evening and weekend availability. We have full-time and part-time positions available. Hand & Stone offers expert massage, facial, and waxing services seven days a week.

Daily Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service to members / guests
• Welcome and greet members / guests upon arrival
• Answer phones and book appointments
• Membership Sales
• Gift card sales, upgrades, product sales, and promotional offers
• Follow proper filing procedures / file maintenance
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

• Previous customer service experience
• High school or equivalent education strongly preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days / evenings / weekends / holidays a must
• Exceptional organizational and prioritizing ability
• Ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, team player
• Computer proficient
