The Beauty Educator’s primary responsibility is to develop long lasting relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and internal teammates.
The Beauty Educator demonstrates exceptional product knowledge during in-store visits. The Beauty Educator supports multiple brands and store locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships.
- Show up on time.
- Achieve your sales goals.
- Educate the retail Beauty Advisors on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharing product knowledge, and your favorite tips and tricks.
- Complete in-store surveys after every shift.
- Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app.
- Uphold merchandising brand guidelines.
- Become proficient in each assigned brand by utilizing training resources provided.
Job Knowledge, Values, Requirements
- 3 years of experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer.
- Excellent retail selling and education background.
- Experience hosting beauty retail events.
- Proficient in multicategory selling.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for beauty retail, training, selling, and building relationships.
- Professional conduct in-store & demonstrated team player.
- Technology skills : video calls, phone calls, text messages, smart phone applications
- Must be willing to commute a minimum of 30 miles
- Must have a cell phone
- Must have a flexible schedule, available to work weekends to support retail needs
