Responsibilities :
Full-Time 8 : 30-5 : 30p generally
Check-in / Check-Out patients
Schedule patients
Verify Insurance and provide Insurance information to patients
Perform basic vital signs and non-invasive sample collection
Maintain orderly and clean waiting room and patient rooms
Requirements : (The following requirements must be met to be considered for this position)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bilingual in Spanish and English
2 plus years of medical reception experience including, but not limited to :
Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 Coding Systems
Knowledge of Health Insurance Verification and Billing Procedures
Ability to Operate Multi-Line Phone System
Computer Skills - fast and accurate typing speed, Microsoft Office and EHR
