NOW HIRING : COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE
Description :
The collections specialist is responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls from patients regarding their outstanding medical bills.
- Explain to patients their insurance coverage, deductible, copay, etc.
- De-escalate patient and address questions and concerns
- Facilitate payment plans or obtain payment in full
- Maintain patient records and documentation
This position is commissions eligible after training / when hired on. The average collector makes $1500 / month. Commission is based on their individual collections and also the team's collection goal.

Knowledge and experience with medical insurance and medical billing process is preferred.
