Preference will be given to applicants with flexible schedules. Schedules may include days and / or evenings. Minimum Qualifications Master’s in library science, library and information scienceOR
the equivalent. Equivalent qualifications may include related education, training, employment and professional experience that would be equal to the required degree(s) and experience in this field as determined by the District Equivalency Committee.

Must have MLIS before hiring date. Desirable Qualifications Recent work experience or internship in a college or public library in reference and library instruction.
Demonstrated success in helping students from historically underrepresented and / or marginalized groups, nontraditional students, speakers of other languages, and students with learning disabilities.
