Responsibilities :

Bed preparation, planting, mulching, and basic landscape maintenance.
Operation of small engine equipment including chainsaws, pole saws, gas hedge trimmers, and rototillers.
Communicate daily with Field Supervisor regarding daily schedule and progress.
Help Field Supervisor with organizing crews, tools, and equipment, materials needed.
As a member of the Landscape Maintenance Crew, ensure that work is completed at a quick pace while maintaining our high-quality standards.
Attention to detail and safety.

Requirements :

Be able / willing to work outside, occasionally in less than ideal weather conditions. (Rain, Cold, or extreme heat).

Be able to do labor-intensive and repetitive tasks throughout an entire work shift. (repeated kneeling, squatting, bending and lifting).

Have some knowledge in the maintenance of plants, landscape, and hardscape and a willingness to learn.

Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form.

Be able to interact professionally with managers, coworkers, and customers.

Be able to work both independently, and as part of a team.

Be able to work Full-Time, typically M-F 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 PM.

$15.00 per hour starting.
