Sharepoint Developer

We are seeking a highly skilledand motivated SharePoint Developer to join our clients IT team inthe healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have extensiveexperience in designing developing and implementing SharePointsolutions tailored to the needs of our healthcare organization.

Youwill work closely with various departments to create customapplications workflows and integrations that enhance collaborationcompliance and efficiency in a healthcaresetting.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Designdevelop and implement custom SharePoint solutions including webparts workflows and applications to meet the unique needs of ourhealthcareorganization.
• Maintainand manage SharePoint site collections subsites lists and librarieswith a focus on HIPAA compliance and datasecurity.
• Developcustom SharePoint forms using PowerApps and integrate with otherMicrosoft 365 applications to streamline healthcareprocesses.
• Createand maintain documentation for SharePoint configurations processesand procedures ensuring compliance with healthcareregulations.
• Troubleshootand resolve SharePointrelated issues providing technical support toendusers in various healthcaredepartments.
• Collaboratewith stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them intotechnical specifications that support healthcareoperations.
• PerformSharePoint administration tasks including security management siteconfiguration and performance monitoring with an emphasis onpatient dataprotection.
• EnsureSharePoint solutions are scalable secure and aligned with bestpractices in the healthcareindustry.
• Stayupdated with the latest SharePoint features updates and trends andprovide recommendations for improvements in a healthcarecontext.
• Conducttraining sessions and create user guides to assist healthcare staffin utilizing SharePointeffectively.

Qualifications :

• Provenexperience as a SharePoint Developer with a strong portfolio ofSharePoint projects preferably in the healthcareindustry.
• Proficiencyin SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server including SharePointFramework(SPFx).
• Strongunderstanding of SharePoint architecture site collections andpermissionmanagement.
• Experiencewith PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration andautomation.
• Familiaritywith Microsoft Power Platform including PowerApps Power Automateand PowerBI.
• Knowledgeof frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworkslike React orAngular.
• Experiencewith backend technologies like C# .NET and RESTfulservices.
• Excellentproblemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or aspart of ateam.
• Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.

Understandingof healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements(e.g.HIPAA).

PreferredQualifications :

• SharePointcertifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified : SharePoint DeveloperAssociate).
• Experiencewith SharePoint migration tools andtechniques.
• Familiaritywith Agile or Scrummethodologies.
• Experienceintegrating SharePoint with other healthcare systems (e.g. EHREMR).

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent,with over 10 years of Data Architecture experience, including teamleadership Proven expertise in designing data platforms forlarge-scale data and diverse data architectures, includingwarehouses,, and integrated data stores 10 years experience inOracle Hands on experience with generic and complex storedprocedures Proficient in addressing data-related challenges throughanalytical problem-solving and aligning data architecture withorganizational business goals and objectives Ability to manageprojects effectively, plan tasks, set priorities, and meetdeadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience with designingdata models and managing database migrations Experience designingdata warehouses Experience with Cloud solutions
