We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Lawrenceville, NJ team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Preparation of Bid Documents / Specification.

Requesting proposals for consultants and contractors.

Preparing budget estimates and document.

Updating project database and budgets.

Preparation and administration of project.

Minimum Requirements :

BS Degree

Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience

Experience with UST installation / removal projects, Renovation Projects, ACM Abatement, Mold and Mildew Abatement.

Ability to work in small office (Ryder PM and New Hire or Transfer).

Minimal travel

Technical Requirements :

Budgeting

Development of Cost to Closure Estimates

Project Administration

Knowledge of Windows Office

Environmental project management for UST, ACM, Mold and Mildew, and Construction Management
