Technical Writer Role
Deliver technical documentation & communicate strategy, processes & technical releases.
Develop content to explain new technologies / processes, helping to implement solutions that improve how information is delivered to stakeholders.
Process engineering, re-engineering.
Develop communication strategy for team.
Develop process to maintain documentation hub (new releases, reviews, periodic refresh)
Need :
- Technical acumen including the ability to understand and articulate technical topics.
- Ability to take technical content and processes and develop it into consumable documentation and communications.
- Organized, adaptable, self-directed. Assumes accountability.
- Up to date on latest tools (Sharepoint, Jira, Confluence, Office 365 applications including MS Teams)
- Excellent collaboration skills including the ability to partner with key stakeholders and cross functional teams.
