Bar Americano, a popular neighborhood cocktail bar located in the heart of Greenpoint, is currently seeking an experienced porter to join our team.
Responsibilities :
1. General cleaning of kitchen / prep kitchen / bar / dining room and outdoor areas : Ensure the space is clean and set up before service every morning.
2. Receiving Deliveries : Ensure weekend deliveries are signed off and stored appropiately.
3. Kitchen Prep : Assisiting the kitchen with small prep help.
Requirements :
At least 1 year of experience working in restaurant or bar cleaning environment. P revious kitchen experience would be ideal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
