Job Overview : Medical Assistants are responsible for supporting physicians and healthcare providers by performing administrative and clinical tasks.
This role involves scheduling appointments, taking patient vital signs, and assisting during medical examinations. Medical Assistants work directly with patients to ensure efficient clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with patient care, including taking vital signs and medical histories.
- Prepare exam rooms and equipment for patient appointments.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Provide administrative support, such as updating patient charts.
Requirements
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent training.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
