Duties and Responsibilities :

The Evening Shift Warehouse Manager reports to the Director of Warehouse Operations and is responsible for operations within a 400,000 sq.

ft. warehouse. The Evening Warehouse Manager will lead a team of warehouse associates and will provide mentorship, coaching, and maintain high standards of safety at all times.

This position will be required to work the following schedule :

Work Days : Saturday - Wednesday 3 pm - Midnight

Days Off : Thursday & Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing outbound pick and pack fulfillment, bulk wholesale shipments, trailer management, unloading, check-in, put-away and location maintenance
• Establish best practices, warehouse procedures to achieve operational efficiencies
• Set warehouse goals in collaborations with executive management
• Monitor workplace performance through check-ins, performance reviews, and training initiatives
• Maintain OSHA safety guidelines at all times
• Manage inventory counts and reconcile with WMS

The Warehouse Manager will deliver metrics of success such as :

• On-time delivery of 99% or higher
• Picking Accuracy of 99% or higher
• Working within the labor budget as a % of sales
• Working within the supplies budget as a % of sales
• Controls over inventory management with little impact from inventory adjustments
• Strong safety culture driven by near miss submittals and warehouse employee engagement.

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
• Excellent oral skills, including oral presentations in front of large warehouse groups
• This candidate must be located in, or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX
