- 18 months min APP experience in Primary Care
- Primary Care with an emphasis on Well Child and Post Partum
- Medicaid # required
- Proficiency in working solo with technology including Webex and Microsoft Teams
- Elation EMR
- Part Time minimum of 20 hours to FT 40 hours
