ManTech is seeking a Web / SharePoint Developer to support our Marine Corps Intelligence Activity contract on MCB Quantico.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Develop, configure, and maintain web sites and applications.
Design and implement web-based solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
Perform system integrations and implement workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web applications.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and training materials.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks.
Minimum Qualifications :
Shall meet DOD 8570 requirements for IAT I
Bachelors Degree and at least 4 years of experience in the following : (additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)
Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016 / 2019.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and jQuery.
Experience with SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.
Familiarity with JSOM and REST API.
Understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and content management.
Experience with custom web part development and custom solutions such as WSP.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to interact with, extract, and translate customer requirements into working solutions
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Familiarity with Office 365 suite and integration.
Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
Clearance Requirements :
This role requires an active DoD TS / SCI clearance
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
