Responsibilities :
- Technical Expertise : Demonstrate exceptional technical competency in real estate partnership, corporate, fiduciary, and high net worth individual tax.
- Client Service : Provide expert advice and guidance to high-net-worth clients and their entities.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and develop staff, ensuring their professional growth.
- Business Development : Contribute to firm growth through client acquisition and relationship management.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 10+ years of experience in public accounting, specializing in real estate and high net worth tax.
- Certifications : CPA required; JD or Master's in taxation preferred.
- Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of California and multi-state tax rules, tax software, and tax research.
- Leadership : Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
