Job Summary
Welcome to First Physicians Group!
Now hiring RN and LPN students for PRN floating positions to work at
various FPG offices in the Sarasota and Venice areas.
The Patient Care Assistant is responsible for triaging a patient and
completing point of care testing (Primary Care & Pediatric patient
populations).
Required Qualifications
Require one of the following :
1.) Florida licensure as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Emergency Medical
Technician (EMT); Paramedic, or a military corpsman; or National licensure as
an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT); which must be maintained active during
- employment;
- 2. Currently be enrolled in an accredited school of Nursing (RNLPN);
- Have completed the first semester of clinical for ASN degree, completion of third semester for a BSN degree, or completion of first trimester for LPN and
- Cannot be currently licensed in the U.S. as a RN or LPN.
- Require Basic Life SupportCPR certification; or must be obtained within
thirty (30) days of hiretransfer date.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer working knowledge of commonly used computer applications.
Mandatory Education
HS EQ : High School Diploma, GED or Certificate
Required License and Certs

thirty (30) days of hiretransfer date (Must be through American Heart
Association or American Red Cross)
- Per diem shifts
- Monday - Friday
- No weekends or Holidays
PRN pay rate is set at $17.25hr
