The Music Partnerships team is responsible for managing TikTok's music operations. Providing partnership support to artists, labels, and other music industry stakeholders and developing marketing and promotional plans to ensure TikTok's continued leading position in music discovery.

Responsibilities : - Support the artist and label partnership teams in the execution of partner management, campaign development and execution, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Provide operational support to our artist and label partners as it relates to music, account, and platform queries.- Attend regularly scheduled internal meetings to understand business goals, collate and disseminate meeting agendas, and manage action items.
- Educate and maintain best practices around our products, promotions and marketing campaigns, account management and partner troubleshooting.
- Assist with the analysis of campaign and platform data and provide weekly reporting for internal use.- Create presentations and reports for partners and internal meetings.
Assist with the creation of partner marketing materials (newsletters, social accounts, editorial).- Conduct general administrative tasks (content troubleshooting, maintaining internal schedules and planning documents, research on competitors and music industry news).
Minimum Qualifications : - Currently pursuing a degree in music business, marketing, media and communications, or a related field - Resourceful problem solver with a bias towards action that thrives on solving tough challenges.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.- Able to create and communicate professional presentations and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems and solutions thoughtfully and thoroughly.- Strong ownership and a self-starter mentality with desire to work closely with business teams, taking proactive initiative to identify business challenges, analyze problems, and autonomously develop and implement innovative solutions.
Motivated with and a self-starter attitude. Preferred Qualifications : - Passion for the music industry and a basic understanding of music rights, industry stakeholders, and the current music landscape.
- Understanding of TikTok music ecosystem, including product features, trends, and high performing artists.- Experience making captivating decks, project overviews, and post mortem reports.
- Capable of collecting and interpreting data with the goal of drawing conclusions that will inform broader business strategies and decisions.
