Senior Business Execution Administrator - Learning & Development Event Support

About this role :

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator with attention to detail and an individual able to partner with the Business Execution Consultants to meet logistical planning and scheduling training demands of various businesses.

In this role, you will :

• Provide support for a variety of diverse Learning & Development events
• Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
• Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation
• Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
• Communicate and interact with various levels of employees and leadership
• Deliver solutions that are best for the Wells Fargo employee and manager experience
• Strategically support planning and scheduling of Learning & Development events
• Demonstrate flexibility in managing large volumes, frequent changes and updates
• Partner with other Learning & Development employees to meet logistical planning and scheduling needs for events
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Organize work efficiently, effectively to meet demand
• Innovate and make improvement recommendations

Required Qualifications :

4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

• Experience completing event planning coordination
• Experience building partnerships and collaborating with others
• Ability to determine implementation strategy , track and execute implementation tasks
• Ability to perform in a rapidly changing, fast paced, high volume environment
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to create and improve process through strategic thinking
• Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
• Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations

Job Expectations :

• Position Locations include : Charlotte, NC; Chandler, AZ; Phoenix, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; San Antonio, TX; Dallas, TX and West Des Moines, IA
• Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.

The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$23.13 - $41.11
