Responsibilities :
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Classroom observation
- Support teachers throughout the day, including arrival and dismissal
- Ensure accurate data collection by staff
- Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Requirements :
- BCBA Certification
- 8-hour RBT supervision certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in school settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff
Caseload :
- Students aged 8 to 22 years
- Approximately 15-16 students
