As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in executing our digital marketing campaigns, updating and maintaining our global website, and designing and launching landing pages that drive positive results.

This well-rounded Digital Marketing Specialist should be detail-oriented and results-driven that is able to own their respective programs.

This role reports to the VP, North America Demand Generation and will partner closely with the Global Senior Director of Digital Marketing.

TrueCommerce is seeking someone with 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Digital Media role or similar.

This role will be hybrid if near Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA or otherwise considered a remote opportunity if not within that specific area.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will :

Work with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth in the digital space.Be a thought leader and authority in critical aspects of digital marketing.

Implement strategies that increase awareness and drive positive outcomes.Work with cross-functional teams to implement updates to regional sites that improve CRO and align with marketing initiatives.

Work with Marketing Leadership team on improving digital attributionMaintain required website updates while ensuring best practices and SOPs are metImplement improvements to the website using the WordPress Platform.

Create global A / B tests to optimize website performance and increase conversion ratesDesign and launch high-performing landing pages that align with regional marketing initiativesMake ongoing technical improvements to improve SEO and usabilityWork with a Marketing Analyst to create reports leveraging data in Google Analytics, Marketo, and PowerBI to measure the success of digital campaigns and provide recommendations on targeting and customer engagement.

Manage organic social media with a key focus on increasing post engagement and followers on LinkedInPartner with digital marketing agency to execute paid advertising campaignsCollaborate with Global Senior Director of Digital to effectively drive a balance of web / content consistency globally with regional customizationsRequirements for Success :

Bachelor's degree in business or related field required2-4 years experience in Digital Marketing / Digital Media role or similarSkilled with implementing and measuring CRO on websitesExperience with website redesigns and content migration;

Fluent in WordPress and familiar with WP EngineDemonstrated experience creating and designing high-performing and high-quality landing pagesGoogle Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google OptimizeExperience creating, executing, and managing paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.

Experience creating / scheduling social media posts and increasing engagementExperience with Marketo or similar is preferredExperience with ABM platforms (6sense) also preferredStrong time management and organizational skills.

Attention to detail is absolutely critical.Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
