Minimum Requirements
1. Master's degree in related field
2. Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certificate
3. Licensed to practice in the State of Arizona
4. A minimum of two years of recent experience working with individuals who have Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families
5. Knowledge of early childhood and Autism assessment tools and procedures, and thorough knowledge of child development.
6. Experience developing positive Behavior Intervention Plans and Skill Acquisition Plans
7. Knowledge of current methods and techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis and Discrete Trial Training
8. Basic computer skills and be able to use all required software.
9. Ability to problem-solve and assist in decision-making, including during emergencies or when other supervisors are not onsite.
11. Basic office and computer skills
12. Strong organizational skills
13. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
15. Have a valid driver's license, car registration and insurance, and reliable transportation to any location.

Job Duties / Competencies :
1. Approve hiring of RBTs and monitor their training
2. Maintain staff meetings
3. Manage BCBAs and assistant supervisors
4. Bill a minimum of 80 hours per month
5. If not in network must bill 10 hours per month
6. Create Performance Improvement Plans and all disciplinary actions
7. Ensure reports are completed and of high quality
8. Follow up for Initial Assessments
9. Collaborate to create staff and client schedules
10. Monitor salaries and raises
11. Address parent concerns
12. Ensure staff happiness
13. Monitor case load
14. Supervise clients
15. Conduct parent trainings
16. Monitor mentor meetings
17. Work with Office Manager to create Quarterly bonuses
18. Perform Quarterly Reviews with RBTs
19. Assist with sick or injured clients in the clinic
20. Ensure that policies and procedures are being followed by the clinical staff
21. Update staff on any clinical changes
22. Communicate the needs of staff and parents to owners
23. Manage budgets with Office manager
24. Approve amazon purchases for clinically appropriate items
25. Conduct group supervision and manage supervision logs from supervisees
26. Work to ensure the clinic space continues to operate clinically
27. Work with other clinical directors to determine clinical standards
Overview :
The role of Clinical Director is to be the bridge between the clinical team and the administration team. This position will be focusing on quality control for the clinical team at that office as well as being able to assist that staff members with clinical situations that arise.
The clinical director will also be responsible for ensuring what the administrative team in the office decides is clinically appropriate.
They will do this by participating in meetings and working together to make decisions. The clinical director will maintain professional communication with the management of the company or chiefs' positions.
The company wants the clinical director to embrace the standards and policies the company currently has while bringing forth new ideas and standards they believe will be important.

Salary : $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
