Architectural Project Manager
I am searching for an ambitious, hard-working, talented and experienced architectural professional for an exciting Project Management role.
If you are an Architect with experience in Commercial Projects, Multi-Family, Public Sector, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, or High-End residential projects, a reputable firm is looking to add you to their fast paced, highly successful and family oriented team.
Qualifications :
- B.A. in Architecture
- 5-7 years of Design and Technical experience related to a specific project type, or a diversified, reputable portfolio
- Know how to put together construction documents; be familiar and knowledgeable with State and Local codes, standards and regulations;
prepare budgets and other various documents through the length of the project
- Have strong written and oral skills
- Be personable and relatable with clients and staff
- Have a good understanding and proficiency in using Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
