• Collaboration : You'll collaborate with our case supervisors and BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Data-Driven Impact : Utilize data collection during learning sessions to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Empowerment : Your role will involve fostering self-advocacy in our learner, helping them achieve their goals and create enriching lifestyles.
• Team Spirit : Embrace a collaborative approach within the client's circle of influence to ensure comprehensive care.

Here's what else you need :

• Minimum age of 18
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Willingness to undergo a background check

• Physical capability to match the energy of our clients
• PR / First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain it
• Complete TB Test
• Pass DOJ Finger Printing
• Complete Sunrise ABA Physical Form
• Willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training & State applicable license (Licensure in some states is required;

we'll provide support for licensure as applicable)
