- Start date : 60-90 Days
- Schedule :
- Mon / Wed / Fri - 8am - 5pm
- Tues / Thurs - 8am - 7pm
- Job Description : Typical outpatient Primary Care services
- Patient Population : All Ages
- Patient Load : 18-22 PPD
- EMR : Epic
- Support : 4 Physicians Dedicated & experienced support staff
- Compensation / Benefits :
- Salary : 251-277K (Experience based)
