Job Description and Duties

This is a limited-term position which may be extended or become permanent.

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Health Program Specialist I is responsible for specialty health care service liaison duties in the Registry Network Team.

This position is critical to the Department’s mission to provide constitutionally adequate and cost-effective health care services for patients.

Positions eligible for hybrid telework, must be in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy and will be required to report to the office as needed / required.

The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.
