About the Role

This is a direct customer facing, sales role focusing on North American Corporate Clients. As Institutional Sales within the Client Solutions team, you will be marketing and executing risk management services across a range of Markets flow and derivative products as well as maximise the sales revenue for the desk by providing primarily FX, Interest Rate andmodity risk-management solutions to the target client base.

What will your day look like?

  • Actively promote cross-sell and increase the number of Markets products distributed into existing and potential client base.
  • Implement and monitor identified front office control checks and deal processes to limit transactional processing risk issues and prevent operational risk errors.
  • Work closely with Relationship and other Product Partners to ensureprehensive understanding and management of the client portfolio inc.

Support the delivery of key sales aspects of the Markets strategy and international strategy relating to Institutional Sales in Europe & America.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following :

  • Strong Markets Sales background and extensive knowledge of the relevant markets.
  • Significant sales experience with Corporate and Institutional clients across multiple asset classes.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to develop strong relationships.
  • Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders and negotiating with clients and stakeholders at all seniority levels.
  • Experience with working in a team across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Extensive knowledge of Markets products, processes, and regulatory frameworks for countries that ANZ operates in.
  • Demonstrate ANZ Values and Behaviours : Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Excellent.

pensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is US$200,000 - 230,000 annual

This range is determined by the job, location and level of expertise required for this specific role. The final salary offered will consider your capabilities, skills and knowledge.
