Industrial Control System Engineer, Mid
Key Role :
Conducts cybersecurity assessments, security design engineering, and threat monitoring of non-IT systems, including industrial control systems (ICS), physical systems, and / or embedded systems.
Applies specific functional knowledge, and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Works independently with some guidance and may review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Basic Qualifications :
3+ years of experience providing Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems support
Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems
Knowledge of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) RMF, NIST SP 800-53, North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards, and risk management principles
Ability to articulate technical information to government clients and technical teams
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability / Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications :
Experience with contract management
Experience with physical systems security engineering, design engineering, security tests and evaluations, and risk assessments for SCADA, ICS, and enterprise-level or platform IT systems, including risk management, vulnerability assessments, security assessments, strategy and program development, network architecture designs, and monitoring solutions
Experience using XACTA RMF management tools

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
