EHS Manager Plastics Manufacturing Base Salary to 90k / year Cookeville, TN
- Our client, a Plastics Manufacturing company, is seeking an EHS Manager to develop safety policies, implement & lead an EHS program plantwide and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
- In this role , the EHS Manager will inspect the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
Responsibilities :
- Develop inspection policies and procedures and schedule routine inspections
- Implement health and safety procedures for all departments
- Create & Lead Training efforts across the plant regarding work safety, emergency protocols and other important topics
- Ensure compliance of all safety protocols
- Document inspection reports and findings
- Maintain records and log employee incident reports
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- 3+ years of experience in EHS field
- Knowledgeable in Environmental Regulations & Policies
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to 90k / year + bonus. Our client also offers competitive benefits & 401k.
