We are currently building our pipeline of talented part-time executive assistants to be ready for the needs of our clients.

TYPICAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage calendars and emails
- Arrange travel
- Organize meetings and events
- Process expense reports
- Assist with creating and editing emails, presentations, etc.
- Conduct general research
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management skills
- CRM experience preferred
Hourly rates usually range from $30-35 per hour depending on job and experience.
