In this capacity, you will work with Business Group / Unit and World area Finance and sales teams to analyze the sales incentive compensation operating model and function to ensure it is meeting our company objectives.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- To provide analysis of total cost quarterly to ensure SG&A costs are in line with expectations and pay-for-performance is achieved.
- To analyze the pay-for-performance results each year, by sales role and region, and make recommendations for changes to compensation formulas or designs.
- To review Incentive Compensation metrics and related Data Lake(s) to ensure measures are actuated, automated into ICM, and accurate per Compensation design requirements.
- To develop new or revised processes, tools, or other changes to support accurate and timely quota / target setting and opportunities for automation into ICM.
- To support the ICM Product Orders organization and assist the leadership of the evolution of its capabilities and global roll-out.
- To cultivate long-term partnerships with Price Council leaders and members and be involved in Council activities.
- To work with finance teams to develop price realization standards, metrics, and dashboards.

For This Role, You Will Need :
- Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related courses.
- Proven experience in working with complex data sets and mixed reporting models.
- Familiarity with business practices across international regions within an organization.
- Proficiency in advanced English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in data analytics, finance, sales compensation, and sales operations is a plus.
- Experience in working within a matrix organization would be a plus.
