What we are looking for :

We are seeking Client Service Specialists to join our Client Service Department. In this essential role, Client Service Specialists will be dedicated to taking exceptional care of Quikaid’s existing clients.

The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, high stress environment managing communication with clients, the Social Security Administration, and the Disability Determination Services.

They will effectively address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain high-quality communication with Quikaid’s existing clients through various channels including phone, email, and text.
  • Oversee the progress of clients' claims to ensure they remain on track. This involves regularly reviewing and updating claim statuses, coordinating necessary actions, and identifying any potential issues that may impact claim progress.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, the Social Security Administration, and Disability Determination Services. Facilitate communication and ensure that all parties are aligned and informed about the status and requirements of each claim.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their claims, including any changes or required actions. Collect and verify updated medical treatment information from clients to ensure that all documentation is current and accurate.
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency. Offer clear explanations and solutions to address any issues that arise, ensuring clients feel supported throughout the process.
  • Ensure that all necessary information and documentation are gathered and accurately processed to support a successful outcome for each client’s claim.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour , with daily bonuses available for strong performers. Typically, these bonuses can add an additional $0.

50 to $3 per hour in earnings.

This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday, 9 : 00AM 5 : 00PM schedule. This is a work from home position, but you must be a resident of and currently reside in Florida.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in a professional environment, such as a law firm, insurance company, or medical practice.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address client needs and challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute (typingtest.com can be used for self-assessment).
  • Intermediate to advanced-level computer literacy , including the ability to multitask by talking on the phone while entering information into a proprietary case management system.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor when communicating with clients over the phone.
  • A team player who works well as part of a team, and who is also self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.

Technology Requirements :

Employees are responsible for providing their own hardware and must be able to comply with Quikaid’s Technology Requirements.

Quikaid does not provide any of the required items listed below but will provide all necessary software needed for the position.

Technology Requirements will be discussed further throughout the hiring process.

  • A computer that is running at least the latest version of Windows 10 or higher
  • Desktop PC strongly recommended
  • Laptop permitted only if all tech requirements are still met
  • Mac and Chromebooks are not permitted
  • Tablets not permitted
  • Reliable, high-speed cable or fiber internet service
  • Cable or fiber internet is required, and the employee must connect to the modem via ethernet, so there is a wired connection from the computer to the internet service provider.

5G and satellite home internet services are not permitted.

  • Battery UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) with at least 3 surge battery outlets
  • The computer, modem, and at least one monitor must be plugged into the battery-backed outlets.
  • External keyboard, mouse, headset with microphone, and a working webcam
  • Approved modem (i.e., a modem list will be provided in initial reach out )
  • Ethernet cable (use of Wi-Fi is not permitted)
  • External keyboard, mouse, headset with microphone, and a working webcam
  • Two 24" monitors (must be two separate monitors working independently of each other)

We provide a generous break policy, allowing you to take breaks as needed, including 30 minutes of paid break time each day.

Employees are expected to work 40 hours per week.

Additional Information :

The start date for this position is November 11

2024 . This date is non-negotiable as training begins on that date.

  • All new hires must complete an aptitude assessment and at least two rounds of virtual interviews before receiving an offer.
  • Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug test prior to the start date.
  • You will be required to complete a Tech Certification prior to your start date, in which we will review your technology components to ensure they meet the below requirements.
  • If you are unable to pass the Technology Certification prior to your start date, we advise against applying, as you will not be able to begin employment at Quikaid.
