Our client, a well known CPG brand, is looking for a Social Media Associate Manager to join their growing team. This role has a focus on Youtube and Tiktok

This is a IN-FRONT of Camera position, candidates need to be comfortable creating UGC type videos. Candidates should be innovative, creative, come prepared with ideas, autonomous.

This is mostly remote, must be local to Los Angeles
Freelance, 40 hrs a week
Years of experience - 5 professional years of experience (after college and internships)
Must live near Los Angeles, no exceptions
Rate - $50 / hr+, with flexibility for the right experience
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Responsibilities include :
- Lead strategy and content creation of TikTok and Youtube Channels, as well as day to day management.
- Actively Community Manage and engage with audiences, including utilizing Threads, Youtube, Tiktok
- Create content, including videos and draft and edit high-quality copy. Additional graphic skills a huge plus!!
- Post and Manage calendars
- Reporting weekly / daily / monthly on performance
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics tools.
