Looking for caregivers to join our home care family

Specific need : Sullivan's Island, Full care client, Mon thru Fri 8 am- 11 am (15 hours weekly)

The Caregiver provides clients various personal care and homemaker / companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.

Essential Functions :

• Personal Care, this client is bed-bound
• Provide assistance with : bathing, dressing, grooming, nail / skin care, back care, foot care, shampoo, oral hygiene, ambulation, transfers , range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (electronic hoyer) change of position,, incontinent care, meal planning, preparation, and assistance with feeding
• Companion / Sitter / Household Management
• Medication Assistance Services (with RN supervision and delegation)

Qualifications / Educational Requirements :

• At least six months experience as a Caregiver or CNA / HHA in healthcare (in homes or facilities)
