Digital Marketing Director
Our client is a leading manufacturer of outdoor equipment. They are seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Director responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic digital marketing plans to drive brand awareness and client retention as well as acquisitions.
In this role, the Director will collaborate with the team to build the brand and support profitability / growth.
This role reports to an office south of Denver.
Responsibilities :
- Manage, train and motivate a team of Marketing Managers
- Develop strategies to drive business and build digital marketing roadmap
- Grow the digital business through development and implementation of strategies
- Ensure brand consistency; manage all marketing channels
- Create budgets and growth targets for each business; manage ROI and KPIs
- Develop marketing campaigns and ensure accurate execution
- Manage digital content; monitor effectiveness and improve where necessary
- Determine digital performance, growth, retention of clients, brand awareness and other metrics through reporting
- Keep well-informed of digital technologies and competitors; strategize to be a stand out
- Maintain brand and confirm alignment of creative assets
- Collaborate with internal depts. to provide a successful digital experience
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree
- Min. 5+ years of experience in a Strategic Digital Growth leadership role or E-Commerce
- Experience managing a team of marketers and agencies
- Experience managing a P&L
- Brand experience; B2B and B2C preferred
- Experience managing a budget of $8M-$12M+
- Experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
- Knowledge / Understanding of User experience design
- Knowledge / Understanding of product loads, A / B testing, site merchandising and its impact on users and the business
- Knowledge / Understanding of systems architecture and its correlation to digital businesses
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Offering :
- Base Salary $130,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)
