What You’ll Do :
- Operate Advanced Machinery : From CNC machines to 3D printers, you’ll work with state-of-the-art tools to produce precision parts.
- Ensure Top Quality : Inspect components using precision measuring tools to meet exacting standards.
- Collaborate & Innovate : Read blueprints, use CAD software, and contribute to creative solutions for production challenges.
- Maintain & Improve : Perform preventive maintenance and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to keep our processes efficient.

Requirements :
What You Bring to the Team :
Education & Skills : High School Diploma or GED required; vocational training is a bonus. Strong mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude are musts.Attention to Detail : Ability to perform precise work, including trigonometry-based calculations and intricate setups.Tech-Savvy : Experience with CAD software or advanced manufacturing tools is a plus.
