Wage : $18.00 per hour (The rate of pay and pay scale provided for this position are based on title and geographical location) Full range scale is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr

Job Description
We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist children ages 16-21 with disabilities; behavioral or medical complexities in our residential program.
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP / Caregiver), you will support children with activities that focus on increasing their independence.
As a DSP / Caregiver, you will work with children to provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, and assistance with personal cares.
Qualifications
- 6 months of volunteer or professional experience supporting vulnerable populations (ex. caregiver, nanny, paraeducator, direct support professional, etc.)
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
