Location : Lewisville, TX - Hybrid
- Two (2) days onsite
- Three (3) days remote
Normal Schedule : 40-hour work week; Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
Pay Rate : $22-24 / hour, depending on experience.
Job Summary :
- Monitor and track claim statuses, resolving rejections or denials promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with insurance companies, resolving outstanding issues.
- Review and appeal denied claims as necessary, adhering to deadlines.
- Stay updated on insurance regulations, billing guidelines, and coding updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and ensure compliance.
- Generate and analyze reports related to billing and collections, identifying trends.

Job Requirements :
- At least two (2) years' of recent back end revenue cycle experience (medical billing, collections, etc.).
- Expert understanding of insurance payers, including commercial or government.
- Demonstrated success in touching at least 40 accounts daily.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and EHR systems.
- Knowledge of insurance claim submission processes and various payer guidelines.
Required Compliance (if hired) : Background check, drug screening (9-panel, which includes THC), OIG Search (annual), SAM Search (annual), Education Verification.
