JOB SUMMARY :
Support the service by maintaining records and coordinating appointments, referrals and registration and using their clerical expertise to advance the organization and productivity of the unit.
Requires multitasking in a fast pace environment and must be enthusiastic self-starter.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Specialized Training / Licensure : High School Diploma with 2 years college preferred
Work Experience (Years and Area) : Min 1 yr Call center or customer service environment
Equipment Operated : PC, FAX, PHONES
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :
