LPN Details :
- $1,720 - $2,170 working 40 hours per week
- Local and travel pay packages both available
- 5 x 8-hour shifts
- Benefits available; medical, dental, vision, 401K

- 13-week direct contract with a high potential to extend
About the position :
- Conduct assessments and carry out care plans
- Carry out all steps of the nursing process while involving the patient / family and other members of the care team to help patients meet expected outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the supervising provider
- Maintain accurate health records using our electronic health record system
- Provide the highest level of care while maintaining the safety of all residents
- Other responsibilities as assigned
LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements :
- Active Massachusetts LPN license
- Ability to clear a background check and drug screen
- 2+ years of LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse experience in a related setting
