- Administer advanced cardiac life support according to certification guidelines.- Utilize pediatric advanced life support protocols in caring for younger patients.
- Implement trauma nursing core course practices in emergency situations.- Engage in continuing education to maintain required certifications.
- Maintain patient safety and care standards as per industry guidelines.- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Exhibit strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
