About the Role :
- Be responsible for all production.
- Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product) during the operations.
- Ensure that the production schedule planned by the SC&L is respected.
- Ensure achievement of QCD objectives and be accountable for QCD results.
- Ensure optimal use of equipment (TRP).
- Ensure maintenance of equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement with the support of the SC&L / VPS cluster of the region.
- Practice regular OJT on QRQC, Kosu.
- Promote the Valeo 5 axes in the daily activities of the Plant.
What You Should Have :
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge and demonstrated experience in lieu of education required; industrial engineering discipline preferred.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills and a high degree of flexibility. Strong computer skills required.
- You have a minimum of 10 years supervisory / management experience in automotive or a manufacturing environment.
