What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the government facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas in accordance with established protocols.Report and document any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or emergencies encountered during patrols.Collaborate with local law enforcement and / or emergency responders as needed.Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to staff and visitors at the location.What We're Looking For :

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.Must possess an armed guard card or license as required by state and / or local regulations.Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Why Join Us :
