Radiologic Technologist
Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated X-ray Technician to join our medical team. As an X-ray Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities :
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, as ordered by physicians
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety
- Position patients correctly to obtain accurate images
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety protocols
- Review images for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide accurate diagnoses
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and safety protocols
Experience :
- Proven experience as an X-ray Technician or in a similar role
- Knowledge of radiographic procedures and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy
- Proficient in operating imaging equipment and software
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
